HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING

We are a wonderfully whimsical and petite boutique. We are happy to welcome our brides plus a maximum of 4 of their guests, no exceptions. We recommend for brides who are a little more nervous, to bring fewer guests as this makes for a more relaxed experience.

(Sale Events are strictly bride + 2 guests as appointments are shorter)

CHILD POLICY

As much as we love little people, we also would love our team the chance to offer you a carefree appointment. Therefore, in all circumstances we politely request that babies (inlcuding newborns) and children under the age of 8 years are looked after at home during your appointment. If you or a member of your tribe are unable to arrange care on the day of your appointment, please contact us directly at team@bridebyaster.com so that we can help re-arrange your appointment to suit your needs. Many thanks for your understanding and cooperation.


Appointment Charges

First time appointments are £25 for weekends and £15 for weekdays. This will include exclusive use of our boutique for you and up to 4 guests. Refreshments will be served and you will be invited to choose the dresses you’d like to try - there is absolutely no limit. This is your appointment, so you will be invited to look through the gowns and select what you would like to try. Follow up appointments are free as are mini dress and accessory appointments, as they are much shorter.

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT

As we are only open by pre-booked appointment the only way we are able to accept cancellations are via email or by cancelling via the link you will receive 6 days before your appointment (although you’ll hopefully give us as much notice as possible!) You can cancel without charge if you cancel more than 3 full days prior to your appointment. If you cancel thereafter, you will be charged.

We are unable to accept ‘leaving an answerphone message’ as a cancellation.

CANCELLATION DUE TO SICKNESS

We are unable to accept ‘cancellation due to sickness’ as a reason and should you cancel with less than 3 full days of your appointment, you will still be charged. However, if you rebook and attend a new appointment within 4 weeks of cancelling, we will refund the charge.

We are open by pre-booked appointments only and are not available for walk-ins. Please use the booking software here to book your first appointment, follow up appointments, collections or accessory appointments depending on your needs. Your appointment is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email.
